Maintenance:

Our services extend beyond selling, installing, and operating since our elevators and stairs have a one-year maintenance and warranty against any defect in manufacturing or any problem in performance. Our trained and experienced technicians pay periodical visits to make sure of the availability and the effectiveness of the components' safety and the mechanical and electronic performance of the elevators. When the period of free maintenance and warranty expires, we make an annual deal for maintenance during which we pay a periodical visits to check, adjust, and improve the performance in order to keep the elevators durable and effective.

Our technicians are on the alert to fix any defect either within the period of free warranty or after it according to the period mentioned in the contracts of the periodical maintenance.

The company has assigned special phone numbers to contact its respectful clients if need be.

Spare parts:

One of the company's goals is to provide all the required spare parts especially the consumer ones; and for this purpose it made a department of spare parts which contains all types of spare parts to offer the best and fastest service to our dear clients.

Updating:

When the elevator reaches its virtual age; or when the client wishes to improve the performance and the functionality of it , he needs a sort of update. In this case , we make a technical and financial study which includes a suggested pattern that gets the elevator up to the required level and prolongs the period of its functionality .

Post sale services:

Syrian Elevators and Stairs devotes all its abilities  to provide its  clients in Syria and other countries with original, distinguished, and reliable services .These services are designed to maintain the performance, functionality ,and the safety of the elevators and stairs; and to update and improve the old units in order to meet the latest technology of the vertical transportation equipments; and to fit the new systems and laws , and the increasing request on the use of buildings.

For this purpose, the company has employed competent and skillful engineers and technicians who are trained properly to shoulder the responsibility of doing the routine and protective maintenance jobs , and the required fixing and updating jobs according to the instructions of the manufacturing company.

The company also has a qualified technician staff to fix all the defects and problems 24/24 hours. Moreover ,the company has a central warehouse in Aleppo ; it also has warehouses in each of its branches in Syria. The company is keen to provide all types of consumer spare parts and the main ones in order to offer the best service to its clients.
